Signing up is free and takes no card. You pick a plan from Settings once your site is built. The Pro trial runs three days, then bills $29.55 a month. Cancel any time from Settings. We charge no transaction fees: guest payments go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its standard processing fee (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment in the US) directly to you.

Before you sign up.
Do I have to leave Airbnb or Vrbo?
No. Keep your listings exactly as they are — your Direct Booking Homes site runs alongside them and gives repeat guests and referrals a place to book without a platform fee.
Will my calendars stay in sync?
We read your Airbnb, Vrbo or Booking.com calendar feeds once a day, so dates already booked there are blocked on your site. Bookings made on your direct site don't automatically block other platforms yet, so mark those dates as unavailable there yourself.
How do I get paid?
On Pro, guests pay a deposit through Stripe Checkout and it lands directly in your own Stripe account; Stripe then pays out to your bank on its normal schedule. On Starter, guests send a request, you confirm it by email, and you arrange payment however you normally do.
What does it cost per booking?
Nothing from us — no commission and no transaction fees. On Pro you set up your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges its standard processing fee directly to you (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment in the US; your own rate is set by Stripe). Starter sites take no payments through us, so there are no processing fees at all.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Only to take online deposits on Pro. You set up a brand-new, free Stripe account of your own from Settings in a few minutes, through Stripe's secure onboarding form. It's yours, so Stripe deals with you directly for payouts, fees and ID checks.
Do I need my own domain name?
No. Your site lives at yourproperty.directbookinghomes.com from day one. On Pro you can also point your own domain at it.
How do I add my photos and description?
From your dashboard, upload up to 40 of your own photos and paste in the description you've already written. We pick out the title, location and amenities for you, and everything stays editable before and after you publish.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Go to Settings and choose Manage or cancel subscription. The Pro plan starts with a 3-day free trial.
